Lynne Nicole Smith has been teaching Qigong since 2002 and Yoga since 2005 and is a senior trainer with the Institute of Integral Qigong and T'ai Chi. In exploring both ancient practices in depth, she has weaved them together to create "Qigong Infused Yoga" where Yoga and Qigong unite to offer you the benefits of both practices.
